The keynote address was focused on your very comment. Sr Carol Riley invited us to carve out time each day to evaluate our priorities. For me, that means I get up 20 minutes earlier than normal and use the morning to evaluate my life activities. For others, it may be at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee.
